This insight led to a commitment to serving local producers and helping open new avenues for getting quality grain to broader markets.
Charles Allen: General Manager
With over 10 years of experience in grain cleaning and export operations, Charles brings a strong industry knowledge and trusted expertise to the team. He holds credentials from “GEAPS” and has built solid working relationships with “SGS”, a third-party grading company, as well as CN Rail, which supports our rail access.
Austin Stark: Processing Assistant
A fresh face at PWM, Austin brings an unique combination of IT background and hands-on farming experience, adding a modern perspective to our operations.
Andrea Shields: Office Administration
With years of bookkeeping experience, Andrea brings strong financial expertise to the team. As a local farmer alongside her husband, she also offers valuable firsthand knowledge of the industry.
